Welcome to Peace Week 2019
Use this form to register your Peace Week Delaware 2019 event.
To be registered as an official Peace Week Delaware event, your event will meet our Event Criteria. Please consult these simple guidelines before planning or registering an event.
Registration will close on July 1. Events registered after July 1 will appear on our website but may not be included in our printed program.
- Remember dates must be between Saturday, September 21 and Sunday, September 29.
- Enter the name of the event location, exact street address and zip codes. Many locations will fill-in automatically.
- The Details section should be a short description of your event in 300 characters or less. What will the attendees experience? Describe how your event fits the event criteria.
- Images must be scaled to 700 x 700; full scale images may be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or the webmaster will make a selection which you can accept or reject via email.
- After submission:
- Our webmaster will notify you, via email, of the receipt of the form and give you a link to view a “pending” website entry for your event.
- The webmaster will make any needed edits as per your instructions. Our review committee may also make suggestions.
- You will be asked to give final approval for your event information to be published on our website. Events that have not been approved by event organizers within four business days will be removed.
If your image is too large, your form will generate a message that submission has failed. Simply resubmit without the image and send the image to email@example.com or let the webmaster choose an image that you can accept or reject via email.
