NAMI In Our Own Voice

NAMI In Our Own Voice

NAMI In Our Own Voice presentations change attitudes and assumptions about people with mental health conditions. This free, hour-long presentation provides a personal perspective of mental health conditions, as leaders with lived experience talk openly about what it’s like to have a mental health condition.

Participants will be able to ask questions as speakers dispel myths about mental illness with their personal stories.

This is a virtual presentation and will be streamed through Zoom. We will ask that participants stay muted for the duration of the presentation and to put questions in the chat, which will be addressed at the end. After the presentation during the question answering section participants can then unmute to ask questions if they like.
