“Peace Of Pizza” is a free celebration of community and caring for our neighbors and friends. The event is sponsored by St. Stephen’s Lutheran Church in Trolley Square ( aka The Food Pantry Church) and includes delicious pizza, dessert, jazz music and Cab Calloway students concert, remarks by Pr. Mark Walters and Peace Week Delaware organizers, and a performance by Bootless Stageworks.
Here is the event schedule:
- 5 PM – 6:30: free pizza and dessert in St. Stephen’s Courtyard. Local jazz musicians will play during dinner.
- 6PM: Remarks from Pr. Mark Walters and Peace Week DE Organizers
- 6:45-7:30 PM: Concert in Sanctuary of St Stephen’s Church by Cab Calloway High School students
- 7:45PM: event technically ends but our resident theatre group, Bootless Stageworks, will perform at 8:00 pm
