This program will consist of three talks:

  • highlighting the trailblazing 1848 Seneca Falls convention for women’s rights;
  • Delaware African-American suffragist Blanche Williams Stubbs’s work to secure voting rights for women;
  • and current work for women’s rights, including the 2019 equal rights amendment to Delaware’s constitution.
